Financial Analyst

We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The role spans across multiple areas such as: daily tracking of sales data & reporting, tracking of B2B invoicing, monitoring of all revenue collection as well as general financial support across the business.

1. Sales data, dashboards and process automation

You'll work with sales data coming from our internal systems (e.g. Easy Medical), consolidating it into clear and reliable reporting, considering also other data sources such as SAP / OneStream. You'll build and maintain dashboards used across the business and look for ways to automate manual reporting work wherever it makes sense. You'll also support teams such as sales and operations in obtaining the data they need, both regularly and ad-hoc.

2. B2B invoicing and revenue collection

You'll get involved in our current B2B invoicing process end to end. This means working closely with the teams involved — accounting, sales, partners — to align on what needs to change and see it through. You'll also monitor revenue collection and help flag or follow up on issues as they come up.

3. Broader financial support

Beyond the two areas above, you'll get involved in other finance work as needed — providing financial input on CapEx projects, for example, or supporting other ad hoc analyses.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in financial analysis (min. 5 years).

• Strong Excel skills, ideally previous experience working with tools like Power BI — comfort pulling and shaping data from multiple sources matters.

• Familiarity with ERP or financial systems (SAP & OneStream would be considered an advantage).

• Good communication skills — this role means working with people across several departments, not just reporting numbers.

• Someone who pays attention to process gaps and is willing to push for fixes, not just point them out.
