Job Overview:

The Campaign Manager at Affidea Romania will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns using our CRM software. This role involves working closely with the Customer Care and Marketing team to maximize the potential of various products and services offered by Affidea Romania.

Reporting Line: The Campaign Manager will report to the Marketing Manager of Affidea Romania.

We would need you to have the following key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Care and Marketing team to develop targeted CRM marketing campaigns to promote Affidea's products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Create compelling marketing content and materials for campaigns, including digital and print media.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
  • Analyzing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.
  • Planning, managing and negotiating multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary.
  • Developing overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and updating where necessary.
  • Supporting optimization of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content.
  • Building and managing omnichannel campaigns with messaging to customers or clients customized according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.
  • Developing creative briefs and assigning them to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
  • Assisting and advising on personalized targeting and content when required.
  • Leading and analyzing A/B testing to optimize engagement.
  • Monitoring competitor campaigns to inform and shape the client’s future strategy and tactics.
  • Provide support to all departments within Affidea Romania to enhance business growth initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize marketing strategies.

Job requirements

We would need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or related education
  • 2+ years’ experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.
  • Strong track record of using Google Analytics.
  • Confidence using email and marketing automation ESP platforms, on-site
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and value drivers in retention models.
  • Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging marketing content.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
